Francis Matrangolo
Graduated in 2002 from the State University of Milan, Faculty of Law, in 2003 he improved his legal and economic skills by attending a Master's degree in Financial Market Law. He began to work with a number of law firms dealing with investments, had a brief experience in Banca Intesa, Treasury and Finance, and also acquired the Title of Lawyer. Soon, however, with the real estate market at its peak, he directs all his attentions to it, carrying out the very first Real Estate transactions in Milan city as early as 2005. He went through the 2008 crisis unscathed and continued with steady growth the enhancement of his real estate investments by creating his own real estate and corporate portfolio divided into rental income and speculative transactions. In 2005 he also founded Edilbergamo interior renovation company, which is still involved in the realization of the group's projects and building sites (Eleven Real Estate in primis). On this path he met in 2009 Mr. Russello and Ms. Confalonieri, with whom after years of fruitful collaboration he founded Eleven Real Estate for which he follows the technical and administrative-financial side.
Serena Confalonieri
Trained at the Faculty of Architecture of the Milan Polytechnic, in 2009 she began to collaborate with some architects in the Milanese scene, dealing with the design of residences, stores and gardens.
She later set up on her own, devoting herself to home staging and visual merchandiser, in addition to interior consulting.
Her work increasingly focuses on the enhancement of real estate and non-property products, both from a purely aesthetic and commercial point of view.
In 2015 he began to devote himself to real estate investments, operating several fractionations and redevelopments.
After years of fruitful collaborations with Mr. Russello and Mr. Matrangolo, in 2019 the idea of combining their skills and professionalism was born, forming the real estate company Eleven Real Estate.
Today, in addition to pursuing his professional activities, he is a kind of creative director of the company.
In fact, he is dedicated to the development of interior projects and takes care of the aesthetic-creative part of Eleven Real Estate's commercial initiatives.
Joseph Russello
A graduate surveyor, he immediately showed great interest in reading about personal growth, team building and, of course, the extraordinary and complex world of real estate. From the age of twenty he began to increase his educational experiences with Napoleon Hill, Robert Kiyosaki, Mike Ferri, Donald Trump, Richard Branson, as well as with Italians Roberto Re, Alfio Bardolla, Mirko Gasparotto and others. After brief work experience in the commercial field, he worked for a few years in the technical office of a municipality in the province of Bergamo. His resourcefulness and keen business sense soon led him to leave the position of municipal technician to devote himself to real estate investments. He creates his own operational strategies that lead him to carry out dozens of real estate transactions in the territories of Bergamo and Palermo. Together with other partners, he founded several real estate companies such as Maqueda srl, Milano Group srl, G. R. Group Immobiliare srl, Panama immobiliare srl, and RH srl. From 2008 to 2015 he quickly revised his intervention strategies, overcoming the real estate crisis excellently and coming out stronger and more aware than before. With this wealth of experience, his ever-living passion for real estate, and his continuous desire for growth, he now administers several real estate companies, of which Eleven Reale Estate is the flagship. For it, he handles the strategic-commercial side.
